General Description:

Elaboration of a diagnosis on the processes applicable to TCU as a Pharma Operator, considering all import and export processes of pharmaceutical and related products.

Scope:

• Internal and external context analysis, considering the different stakeholder communities and trends set by the international market.
• Preparation of a Diagnostic Report, based on the surveys and interviews conducted.
• Design of a Reengineering Plan.
• Assembling of an Action Plan with short and medium term actions to be carried out.
